About Us
Kids Academy Early Learning Centre & Out of School Hours Care is a WA privately owned Child Care Centre. The owner Sharon Soares has been in the industry for many years and is passionate about delivering the highest standard of care and service to children and their families. In May 2015 Kids Academy Early Learning Centre met all National Quality Standards required for a Child Care service, as rates by the Education and Care Regulatory Unit.
At Kids Academy our philosophy is based on the understanding that each and every child is unique, as each child possesses a variety of talents, abilities, knowledge, attitudes, interests, values and experiences. At Kids Academy our aim is to build continuity by recognising a child’s learning background as well as their current and future learning needs which will form into a lifelong process. This process is positively effective and strengthened through the strong partnerships amongst the children, parents and staff.
Kids Academy Early Learning Centre provide a safe, friendly and nurturing environment where your child has the opportunity to explore, discover, play, learn and grow at their own pace.
Our objective is to provide an affordable and High Quality Early Childhood Service that meets the needs of families and its individual children. We ensure this through our daily routines, programs, partnerships with families and our team of professional, qualified staff. We also provide a program for the total development of the child in a warm, caring atmosphere, through a variety of activities and learning experiences.
Our operations hours are designed to ensure parents/guardians can meet their daily commitments, knowing that their children are in a safe and secure environment.

Kids Academy has under gone the assessment and rated process and has successfully achieved an overall rating of meeting all the national quality areas.
Our Staff
Our professional staff, who are caregivers, have the ability to nurture young children and provide a high quality child care environment that allows for children to feel the safety and security needed for optimum development. The selection of the teachers, qualified staff and their assistants is based on educational qualifications, child care experience, and most of all the ability to nurture children.
Thorough recruitment and selection procedures we ensure that only the most capable and professional people, with the best training and skills, to care for your child/ren are selected. All staff are at varying levels of further education and are supported by the centre’s management. Staff, also attends regular and ongoing professional development to ensure that our team continually grow as early childhood professionals.

Our Facilities
Kids Academy Early Learning Centre (located in Balga, Western Australia) is a modern, purpose-built early-learning centre with all rooms and outdoor areas designed to create a warm, friendly and relaxed environment. Age-appropriate facilities are both stimulating, and safe for each stage of the individual child’s development.
Spacious playrooms and recreational areas are equipped with the latest educational and leisure toys, books, games, outdoor equipment and other fun activities to stimulate the child’s mind and curiosity. Learning becomes fun.
Computer based learning is available at our service to help develop computer literacy. Staff, also attend regular and ongoing professional development to ensure that our team continually grow as early childhood professionals.
